  • Manage, coach, and motivate a small sales team of two to maximize performance and ensure target achievement.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Prepare, review, and deliver professional sales proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective client engagement.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience in SaaS, technology, or digital solutions, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi market.
