Job summary

A leading company in the metal industry in Saudi Arabia is seeking a qualified Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have 4-10 years of experience in sales, preferably with knowledge of HVAC or Aluminum. Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to meet sales targets are essential. Candidates from Lebanon, Jordan, Syria, Egypt, or Palestine are preferred. Duties and responsibilities
  • Thorough knowledge of the current and potential customer base.
  • Accurately maintain customer records within the sales team.
  • Adhere to the responsibilities and performance standards necessary to utilize and develop sales skills to achieve optimal results.
  • Ability to build and maintain a strong relationship with the customer.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services with compelling arguments to current and potential customers.
  • Analyze the cost-benefit and needs of current/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Build, develop, and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Expedite resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and results within the timeline.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
Skills
  • Fluent English speaker is essential.
  • HVAC & Duct industry knowledge for Duct Candidates / Aluminum Industry knowledge for Aluminum candidate.
  • Familiar with the market region.
  • KSA driving license & Car is mandatory.
  • Has experience in Saudi Arabia at least 4 Years.
