This role focuses on developing relationships in the HVAC sector, promoting products such as coils and heat exchangers. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 3–7 years of sales experience in HVAC. Strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in HVAC product sales, preferably coils / heat exchangers / AHU components.
  • Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles and HVAC load concepts.
  • Experience working with consultants and contractors in KSA preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads and develop relationships with contractors, consultants, and OEMs.
  • Promote and sell HVAC products such as coils and heat exchangers.
  • Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements.
  • Prepare and present techno-commercial offers and quotations.
  • Achieve sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Coordinate with the engineering team for technical clarifications.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and ensure smooth order execution.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Matar Al Baqmi Holding Company is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Oil & Energy, Industrial Equipment, and Engineering sectors. You will leverage your technical knowledge and sales expertise to promote our diverse range of solutions, including fabrication, engineering, and logistical services.

Job Purpose

The Sales Engineer – HVAC will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and promoting HVAC products such as coils, heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, and related systems. The role requires strong technical knowledge in HVAC systems along with proven sales experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new sales leads and develop strong relationships with contractors, consultants, OEMs, and end-users.
  • Promote and sell HVAC products (Coils, Heat Exchangers, AHUs, FCUs, DX units, Chillers).
  • Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, and provide suitable technical solutions.
  • Prepare and present techno‑commercial offers, quotations, and product presentations.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the engineering and production team for technical clarifications.
  • Monitor ongoing projects and ensure smooth order execution until delivery.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends, competitor activities, and market prices.
  • Handle after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • 3–7 years of experience in HVAC product sales (preferably coils / heat exchangers / AHU components).
  • Strong understanding of refrigeration cycles, coil selection, and HVAC load concepts.
  • Experience working with consultants and contractors in KSA (preferred).
  • Valid Saudi driving license (preferred).
