Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Consultant to drive revenue generation through achieving or surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets. This role is crucial for business development, fostering relationships with channel partners to meet departmental objectives. Additionally, the Sales Consultant will play a key role in providing efficient support services to departmental and business heads, ensuring streamlined operations and client satisfaction to drive business growth and achieve strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain goodwill, confidentiality, and trust with the client in order to foster the professional image of the Partnership. Maintain regular client contact by attending scheduled client meetings and regular update calls.

Promote the project through private meetings, public events, and forums.

Deal with enquiries and conclude sales through careful and considered client qualifying best practice standards.

Meet and exceed sales target KPIs.

Be informed of market conditions and adapt to succeed.

Keep up to speed on other potential projects in the market and to assist the Partner – Residential Sales and Marketing in winning new projects, as and when needed.

Ensure that applicant visits to the marketing suite and viewings are conducted in an efficient and professional manner and adhering to protocol outlined by the client.

Actively call clients for a minimum of three hours per day and keep timely client management to Knight Frank standards maintaining records on Knight Frank’s propriety CRM system.

Regular liaison with the international IPM teams to ensure the team are aware of project updates.

Assist in the organization of events and promotional initiatives both in the local market and internationally.

Assist where required in the planning of project campaigns and initiatives at the discretion of the Partner – Project Marketing

Identify potential key connectors and referral partners and manage those relationships to drive awareness and sales to the assigned projects.

Act as the representative and face of the assigned project and to uphold the values of Knight Frank through ethical best practice.

Collate monthly project specific applicants’ reports.

Maintain an up-to-date market knowledge of existing and new competitive schemes.

Liaise with members of other departments and get to know the individuals and their markets both for the purpose of obtaining information and cross selling of business services.

Always meet Knight Frank Best Practice standards.

Provide efficient administration of all procedures in sales tracking, maintaining records of all transactions in accordance with RERA regulations.

Sales progression, liaising with buyers and solicitors to ensure timely signatures of SPA’s, maintenance of the Sales Tracker and regular reporting of the same to the project team and Sales Manager.

At all times to ensure that standardized KF documentation is employed in the timely reporting to clients, and where required to personally provide written reports, ensuring that these meet the required professional standard. To always comply with the rules and regulations of the REGA.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Minimum of 1 year in a similar role with equivalent work experience.

Ability to work using your own initiative.

Willingness to accept responsibility for any delegate management tasks.

Understanding of regional business culture and regulations.

The ability to understand and make use of computers and information technology (Knight Frank internal systems).

Attention to detail.

Ability to work individually and within a team.

Certifications and Licenses : MRICS desired but not essential. Local driving license required.

Software : Microsoft Office programs to an advanced / proficient level (Word - Mail Merge proficient and Excel skills and graph production analysis).

Language skills : Fluency in English and Arabic, written and verbal. Fluency in other languages is advantageous.

Travel : Flexible attitude towards travelling.
