As a Sales & Project Coordinator you will provide administrative and operational support to our Sales team, handling client inquiries, coordinating orders, managing databases, and preparing sales reports to ensure smooth operations and help the sales team focus on closing deals as well as managing project execution tasks such as documentation, tracking milestones, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of project components. This position is remote and will be located in Saudi

In this role, a typical day will look like:
  • Customer Support: Act as the primary point of contact for direct customer email inquiries, providing product information and handling follow‑ups.
  • Order Management: Communication interface with factory and customer for direct / project orders and provide updates to clients regarding technical submittals, project timelines, delivery schedules and avoid potential delays.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work with other departments (e.g., ISS, operations, customer service, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of sales activities and product delivery.
The essential requirements of the job include:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Project coordination support in the field of process instrumentation and analytical sales within the MENA region with proficiency in English and Arabic is a plus.
  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's in engineering (Chemical, Process, Instrumentation, Electrical/Electronics) or Business with technical relevant experience. Certifications PMP or equivalent preferred
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in the field of water analyzers, instrumentation, and laboratory business. CRM software (Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Product Knowledge: Developing a deep understanding of the company's products and services is essential.
  • Project support experience from project bid evaluation, specifications, project documentation for Water & HPI market related projects. Knowledge of Saudi market, documentation requirement in the project lifecycle, vendor registration, industries O&G, Petrochemicals, W&WW, F&B.
