JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Sales and BD Manager – Brownfield / Services with experience in process packages and technologies, particularly related to separation, oil processing, water treatment & gas processing (upstream O&G). Located in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Sales and BD Manager – Brownfield / Services will manage sales, build customer relationships with operators, and promote Brownfield offerings namely studies, testing/sampling, process de-bottlenecking/optimization, revamps, environmental and rental businesses & new Equipment/packages. Attend and present at conferences and seminars.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITY & AUTHORITY:

  • Full ownership for building and maintaining customer relationships in KSA, while contributing to the same in other countries in the MENA Region/market.
  • Promote the full spectrum of Services offering in the “front line” with clients.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of the process technologies.
  • Provide customized solutions and bring new business opportunities.
  • Deliver proposals to clients for different offerings with large autonomy.
  • Support/answer client requests (quotes, etc.).
  • Ensure Services orders/projects sold are executed efficiently and at a level of quality recognized by our clients.
  • Coordinate with Product Line Manager (or Global Technology team) and other team members as required to complete tasks.
  • Involve during Pre-commissioning/Commissioning and provide required service to clients for start-up of process units, including optimizing processes, tests, etc.
  • Develop and mentor the service team to identify new opportunities.
  • Travel required approximately up to 60% of the time as required by the company.

Qualifications:
