Qualifications

• 5–10+ years’ experience in cost/commercial management.
• Experience on major real estate/mixed-use/infrastructure programmes, ideally in the Middle East.
• Strong understanding of commercial governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the PMO commercial reporting framework and calendar.
• Build and maintain data models and dashboards in Power BI.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports, including variance analysis.
