JASARA PMC is looking to hire a Risk Manager. In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust risk management strategies to ensure the successful delivery of our infrastructure projects in line with the goals of Vision 2030. Your expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks will play a vital role in safeguarding project objectives and enhancing project performance.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments across various projects, identifying potential risks and their implications.
  • Devise and execute effective risk management plans and strategies to mitigate identified risks.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to integrate risk management processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor risk status and effectiveness of mitigation strategies, providing updates to senior management.
  • Facilitate risk workshops to promote a risk-aware culture within project teams.
  • Prepare and present detailed risk management reports to assist in decision-making processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve risk management methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 10 Years’ experience including 3 years’ experience on similar Projects with Middle East project experience.
  • Proven experience in risk management for construction projects or programs.
  • Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Risk Management Professional (RMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with risk management software and databases.
  • Familiarity with various risk assessment techniques and methodologies.
