Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and goal-oriented Revenue Manager to join our team in IBIS Alhedeya Makkah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue and market share for our hotel properties.
- Develop and execute revenue management strategies to optimize room revenue and occupancy rates
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities
- Create and maintain pricing structures across various distribution channels
- Generate accurate forecasts and reports to support decision-making processes
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure revenue goals are met
- Implement and manage revenue management systems and tools
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in revenue management
- Provide training and guidance to team members on revenue management principles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with online travel agencies and key partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel revenue management
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of driving revenue growth
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis
- Experience with revenue management systems such as Opera Cloud PMS and IDeaS RMS
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data clearly
- Strong understanding of pricing strategies and yield management techniques
- Experience with data visualization tools to create impactful reports
- Knowledge of the local hospitality market in Makkah, Saudi Arabia
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
