Job description

We are seeking a professional, service-oriented Restaurant Supervisor to help lead the day-to-day operations of our upscale dining establishment. This role requires strong leadership skills, a passion for fine dining, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences through attention to detail, team motivation, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support front-of-house (FOH) team during service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality in line with luxury service expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to train, coach, and evaluate team performance.
  • Manage staff schedules, floor plans, and shift coverage to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Assist in inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor dining room ambiance, including lighting, music, and cleanliness, to create an inviting atmosphere.
  • Uphold the restaurant’s brand image and service philosophy.
  • Lead pre-shift meetings and ensure staff are knowledgeable about all menu items and daily specials.
  • Maintain a visible presence on the floor and provide hands-on support to staff.
Qualifications
  • 2–4 years experience in a supervisory or lead server role in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
  • Good knowledge of food and beverage service
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
