About the location

Steps from the Prophet’s Mosque, our Hotel will offer luxury accommodation for the city’s 1.5 million annual visitors. The new‑build hotel will be located at the heart of Madinah and steps from one of the most historic and significant sites in the region: Al‑Masjid an‑Nabawi, also known as the Prophet’s Mosque. Madinah is also home to the Quba Mosque, which is regarded as the oldest mosque in the world.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager (Outlet Manager) to oversee the operations of one of our premier dining outlets at Four Seasons Hotel Madinah. Reporting to the Director of restaurants, you will be responsible for leading the outlet team, managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service quality, and driving revenue through effective strategies. You will play a key role in enhancing the guest experience while maintaining high standards of hospitality and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do
  • Oversee the daily operations of the designated food and beverage outlet, ensuring that all aspects of service, presentation, and guest satisfaction meet Four Seasons standards.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the outlet team, providing guidance, training, and regular performance feedback.
  • Ensure consistent high-quality food and beverage service, from preparation to guest interaction, in line with Four Seasons luxury standards.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create and refine the outlet's menu, ensuring it meets guest expectations, seasonal trends, and cost‑effective pricing strategies.
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure optimal stock levels and quality control.
  • Monitor outlet budgets, controlling costs related to food, beverages, labor, and other operational expenses while optimizing revenue opportunities.
  • Handle guest feedback, ensuring all issues are addressed promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, enhance guest experience, and increase profitability for the outlet.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and oversee regular inspections of the outlet and equipment.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments, including housekeeping, front desk, and engineering, to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Organize and host promotional events, ensuring that the outlet remains competitive and attractive to both in‑house guests and external customers.
What You Bring
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • In‑depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, service excellence, and guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to manage budgets, optimize costs, and drive revenue generation in the outlet.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with guests and team members.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
  • Suitable candidates must be eligible to work in Saudi Arabia.
