Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Manager in either Reservation or Front Office.
• Experience as Team Leader in a larger operation is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Reservation Manager in managing the Reservations Department.
• Work closely with Marketing and Sales to maximize Room Yield.
• Deliver exceptional customer service in line with the Hyatt's Brand Standards.
