We are actively looking for 3 Regional Technical Center Supervisors/Heads to join our Service-Aftersales team, and lead the Technical Center.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Consumer Electronics Services sales at Region Technical Center.
- Drive technical development and growth of the team.
- Recognize performance, encourage customer focus, and nominate Service-Award candidates.
- Monitor KPIs, analyze gaps, and take corrective actions.
- Ensure repairs are completed within targeted timeframes.
- Prevent accumulation of import-damaged items.
- Ensure technical readiness before new product launches.
- Manage and review petty cash and spending.
- Submit periodic reports to the Electronics Services Operations Manager.
- Monitor electronics services sales materials in regional stores.
- Handle complaints, implement "happy call" procedures, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze process gaps and execute corrective actions.
- Manage inventories for serviced products and loaners.
- Implement and maintain the 5S methodology.
- Prepare required periodical reports to be presented to the electronics service’s operation manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5 years supervisory experience in Consumer Electronics field.
- Strong Analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in processes.
- Proficiency in English.
