Position Summary
One of our clients are looking for Recruitment Specialist who is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. This role ensures the organization hires qualified employees in a timely and efficient manner, while promoting a positive candidate experience and strengthening the employer brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Outreach
- Identify and attract qualified candidates using job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and other sourcing techniques.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for current and future hiring needs.
- Use innovative sourcing methods to reach passive candidates.
2. Recruitment Process Management
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles (screening, interviews, assessments, offers).
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare job descriptions and post job ads on various platforms.
- Ensure all candidates move smoothly through the recruitment stages.
3. Candidate Assessment
- Review resumes and applications to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Conduct structured interviews and behavioral assessments.
- Provide hiring managers with shortlists of qualified candidates.
4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide guidance on market trends, salary expectations, and hiring best practices.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure alignment and process efficiency.
5. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
- Promote the organization’s culture and values throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure positive and professional communication with all candidates.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives, such as career events and job fairs.
6. Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment metrics and reports (time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, etc.).
- Ensure hiring practices follow company policies, labor laws, and equal opportunity guidelines.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, job markets, and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience using ATS and HR software.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in high-volume hiring or specialized recruitment.
- Knowledge of employer branding strategies.
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools.
