Reports to: Human Capital Director

Job Purpose

Manage end-to-end recruitment for academic and administrative positions, ensuring alignment with university policies, workforce plans, and Saudi labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle full recruitment cycle: requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
  • Coordinate with Deans and Departments Heads to define job requirements and staffing needs.
  • Source candidates through job portals, academic networks, and professional platforms.
  • Conduct initial interviews and organize technical/panel interviews.
  • Maintain recruitment data and documentation on HR systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and accreditation requirements.
  • Prepare recruitment reports and metrics.
  • Support on‑boarding handover and ensure positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 4 years of recruitment experience (preferably in universities).
  • Knowledge of Saudi labor law and academic hiring practices.
