We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Recruitment Manager to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment for key projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building talent pipelines, coordinating with project leaders, and ensuring timely onboarding of high-quality candidates to meet project requirements.
Partner with project managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for assigned projects including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and engagement.
Develop targeted recruitment strategies tailored to project timelines, industry requirements, and candidate availability.
Manage recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and best practices in recruitment.
Oversee onboarding processes in coordination with HR and project teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Collaborate with external recruitment agencies or contractors as needed.
Coordinate internal mobility and redeployment of existing staff between projects when possible.
Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience initiatives to attract top talent.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a project-based or high-volume recruitment environment.
Strong understanding of various sourcing methods and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to manage multiple roles across different levels and functions simultaneously.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Highly organized with a proactive, deadline-driven approach.
Familiarity with regional labor markets and compliance regulations (if applicable).
Experience in consultancy, engineering, construction, or similar project-based industries.
Prior recruitment experience in the MENA region or Gulf market (if relevant).
Ability to scale recruitment quickly to meet project ramp-up needs.
