Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors and adequately direct them to the appropriate department or personnel
  • Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and redirect calls as necessary
  • Manage the reception area, keeping it organized and presentable
  • Maintain the visitor log and monitor access to the premises
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
  • Process mail and deliveries, ensuring proper distribution among staff
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Respond to general inquiries about the company and its services
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory levels
  • Arranging administrative events such as Eid celebrations and various other special occasions
  • Coordinate office meals by selecting diverse dining options and evaluating catering services for quality
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient office operations
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role
  • Good verbal and written communication abilities in English
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities in Arabic
  • Professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work additional hours when necessary
