Job summary

A leading transport technology company in Saudi Arabia seeks an Overhaul Leader to manage overhaul activities for train components. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with quality standards, and maintain documentation for all operations. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in leadership. Strong communication and project management skills are crucial, as is fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in rolling stock maintenance.
• At least 3 years of experience in overhaul leadership.
• Experience with Alstom trains or similar OEMs is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and program the execution of overhaul activities across all train components.
• Monitor progress, quality, and safety during overhaul operations.
• Ensure proper documentation of all activities including traceability.

Skills

Strong knowledge of rolling stock systems and overhaul processes

Excellent planning and organizational skills

Ability to lead cross-functional teams

Proficient in technical documentation

Strong communication skills

Fluent in English

Fluency in French and/or Arabic (a plus)

Education

Bachelor/diploma's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
