JOB SUMMARY :

A Radiology Senior Registrar is expected to demonstrate his interest, skills, and potentials for promotion or subspecialization. Responsible for performing and reporting on radiological procedures and scans assigned to him/her. Responsible to view, read, diagnose the examination done through PAC's system and approve the medical report soon as possible after transcription finishes to type it. Responsible for the care of patients whilst undergoing radiological procedures. He/she shall perform their duties in accordance with a picture archiving and communication system.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate advanced clinical skills in the specialized field.
• Manage complex medical cases independently.
• Provide leadership in delivering high-quality patient care.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff and residents.
• Contribute to the training and development of medical teams.
• Collaborate closely with consultants and specialists in multidisciplinary teams.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education :

• Graduate from a medical school of good standing.
• Completion of required period of training in Radiology with Women Imaging experience.
• MS degree with 2 years of experience.
• A certificate recognized by the Saudi Commission is a must
• Dataflow is a must.

Professional Experience

• From 2 to 4 years of experience after certification.
• A registered member of the Saudi Board Council is preferable.

Language

• Proficiency in English; additional proficiency in Arabic may be beneficial.
