Job Purpose

The Quality Systems & Performance Supervisor is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving quality management systems to ensure product integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The role supports plant performance through effective monitoring, documentation control, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality management systems, policies, and procedures to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Plan and conduct internal audits to verify process compliance and system effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate product non-conformities and customer complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Manage document control processes, ensuring accurate version control and timely updates.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Monitor quality KPIs, provide technical guidance, and deliver quality-related training across departments.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of seven years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control, preferably in a manufacturing or petrochemical environment.
  • Experience with standard testing methods and quality systems is an advantage.
