Job summary

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Quality Excellence & HSE Manager to lead its Quality and Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE) department in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee the ISO certification processes, promote a culture of quality and safety, and ensure compliance with international standards. With a strong emphasis on sustainability and continuous improvement, this role requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setting and expertise in quality assurance, lab accreditation, and HSE management.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in quality assurance, lab accreditation, and HSE management.
• Proven track record in achieving ISO / IEC 17025 lab accreditation.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001.
• Lead the ISO / IEC 17025 accreditation process for the in-house laboratory.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety training programs.
