About the Role:

As a Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for the rigorous execution of our internal quality assurance program across regional operations. You will be carrying out quality audits, ensuring the comprehensive maintenance of the Electronic Quality Systems database, and guaranteeing the organization's full adherence to ISO 9001 standards. This role requires a professional committed to continuous improvement, possessing the expertise to update quality documentation and effectively facilitate both third-party and customer quality system assessments.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Carry out the Quality Audits as stipulated in the approved Internal Audit Plan across designated regions.
  • Plan and conduct all quality audits as approved by the head of department.
  • Perform the daily administration and maintenance of the EQS database to ensure successful operation in accordance with organizational objectives.
  • Confirm that the quality management system complies with the requirements of ISO 9001.
  • Ensure the on-time addressing of documentation and the prompt closure of Non-Conformities within the EQS.
  • Manage the calibration database, ensuring all regions adhere to required calibration dates.
  • Update the required questions list for all existing and new procedures and enhance the questions library database with relevant checklists to improve audit effectiveness.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on the appropriate use of the EQS.
  • Facilitate all third-party audits and Quality system assessments conducted by customers or external agencies.

Qualifications, Skills & Aptitudes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Auditing or a related field is required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of quality concepts within a multi-activity organizational environment.
  • Proficiency in report writing and strong analytical thinking.
  • Proven capability in managing and administering an EQS or comparable QMS platform.
  • Proficiency in English language is Essential.
