Job summary

A facilities management company is seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to ensure compliance with company standards and ISO requirements. The role involves monitoring and improving quality processes across projects, conducting audits, and preparing reports. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of QA/QC experience, with strong knowledge of ISO 9001. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English are required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of QA/QC experience, preferably in Facilities Management.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in line with ISO 9001.
  • Conduct internal audits and ensure corrective and preventive actions are executed.
  • Monitor service delivery performance and compliance with client contracts.
  • Prepare quality reports and present findings to management.
  • Support training and awareness programs for staff on quality procedures.
  • Collaborate with project managers and department heads to ensure operational excellence.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records for QMS compliance.
