Overview
A Quality Assurance Engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring that products and services meet the required standards before they reach the customer. In the context of a recruitment agency, this position involves assessing the quality of the recruitment processes, tools, and technologies used to match candidates with job opportunities. The QA Engineer will work closely with various teams to identify areas for improvement, implement testing protocols, and ensure compliance with industry standards. This role is essential for maintaining the agency's reputation and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Job Purpose: To ensure the consistent implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), in alignment with national and international standards, certifications, and operational excellence goals.
- Quality System Management: Maintain and implement the company’s QMS across all manufacturing processes; Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive continual improvement initiatives; Act as custodian of technical know-how and ensure correct application of standards received from TID-KHM.
- Certifications & Compliance: Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of product certifications and company accreditations; Liaise with third-party auditors and accreditation bodies to uphold compliance.
- Documentation & Standards: Update and circulate revisions to QA procedures and controlled documents; Monitor changes in national/international standards and ensure internal alignment.
- Audits & Non-Conformance: Conduct internal QMS audits, raise NCRs, and ensure timely corrective/preventive actions; Maintain audit schedules, reports, and non-conformance logs.
- Training & Development: Oversee QA-related training programs and individual assessments; Maintain records of training feedback, certifications, and complianceevaluations.
- Leadership & Communication: Lead QA team members by setting objectives, providing feedback, and fostering development; Collaborate with internal departments and report progress to GM Operations; Interface with external stakeholders including clients and auditors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
- Experience: 5–8 years in QA roles within medium to large-scale manufacturing environments
- Certifications: Certified QMS Internal Auditor (ISO 9001); Preferred: API Q1, ISO 14001/18001, OHSAS, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control
- Core Competencies: Self-motivated, firm yet diplomatic; Strong communication across all organizational levels; Detail-oriented with a bias for compliance and improvement
