JASARA PMC is seeking a proactive Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the highest quality standards in our projects. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams to identify potential quality risks and provide solutions that enhance project delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures based on project requirements
• Conduct audits and inspections of materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure quality standards are integrated effectively throughout the project
• Document and report quality assessments, non-conformance issues, and corrective actions taken
• Lead quality training sessions and workshops to promote quality awareness within project teams
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to quality management practices
• Stay informed of industry trends and changes to relevant legislation and standards
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in quality assurance in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies
• Experience with ISO standards and quality audits preferred
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous
