Quality and Compliance Consultant as part of DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH, Saudi Arabia Branch.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of the existing quality assurance and compliance programs within the rail system and identifying suggested improvements to ensure that operations, services, and facilities meet regulatory standards and customer expectations.
• Develop and implement quality assurance programs to monitor and improve service quality.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and assessments to verify compliance with established standards.
• Collaborate with department heads to address quality and compliance issues.
• Develop and deliver training programs to employees on quality and compliance standards.
• Analyze data and customer feedback to identify areas for quality improvement.
• Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory agencies and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices related to quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Railway O&M background
• Min. academic degree: B.Sc. Engineering
• Min. 10 years in in rail industry
• Min. 5 years in leadership position
• Min. 10 years in a similar position
• International experience, preference GCC
