Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Proposal Writer to develop compelling, well-structured, and competitive proposals for Foodservice, Laundry and Solid Waste Holding projects. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, research, and project coordination skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, persuasive narratives.
Key Responsibilities
- Read the RFP’s, deep dive research, identify, and evaluate areas related to Foodservice, Laundry and Solid Waste Holding scope.
- Develop proposals, by relaying SOW (Scope of Work) as identified in the RFP and share TQ/RFI’s with Client /LDC.
- Gather technical information from internal teams, subject‑matter experts, and stakeholders.
- Develop project objectives, methodologies, timelines, budgets, and work plans.
- Ensure proposals meet all requirements, guidelines, and submission deadlines.
- Edit, proofread, and improve existing proposal content.
- Maintain a library of templates, boilerplate text, and past proposals.
- Ensure consistency in tone, structure, and branding across all submissions.
- Coordinate proposal development meetings and track progress across teams.
- Present completed proposals to leadership for review and approval.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business development/administration, Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience (2–5 years) writing project proposals, or Fresh graduates – “willing to learn”.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to understand technical content and translate it into clear, persuasive language.
- Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications

- Graphic or layout skills (Canva, InDesign) for proposal formatting.
