We’re bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now.

At Worley, we’re building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace. Creating a space where everyone feels they belong, can be themselves, and can thrive is essential to our mission of delivering sustainable change. We know that diverse and inclusive cultures are safer and more innovative. We encourage applications from candidates from all backgrounds and diversity characteristics and warmly encourage disabled or neurodivergent candidates to apply.

As Project Manager, the role shall be responsible for the overall delivery and coordination of the project at site. The role will be the key driver of project execution at site, representing the Client’s interests and ensuring that all subcontractors are aligned, coordinated, and delivering to expectations. This role demands a proactive leader who understands the dynamics of upstream and gas projects, especially within the framework of Saudi Aramco standards. You’ll ensure that all stakeholders are aligned, milestones are met, and the project stays on track—technically, financially, and contractually.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the Client’s on-site representative, ensuring that all project activities are progressing in line with contractual obligations and technical specifications.
  • Oversee and coordinate the work of multiple subcontractors, ensuring smooth integration of schedules, scopes, and deliverables.
  • Lead daily coordination meetings, resolve interface issues, and maintain clear communication between all stakeholders.
  • Monitor project milestones, risks, and progress, and provide structured reporting to the Client, including dashboards and performance summaries.
  • Ensure strict adherence to Aramco’s quality, safety, and environmental standards, and support audits and inspections.
  • Facilitate decision-making by providing field-level insights, technical guidance, and timely escalation of critical issues.
  • Support the Client in change management, claims review, and contractual compliance.
Requirements
  • Experience in project management, with proven exposure to Saudi Aramco upstream and gas projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management & PMC roles, subcontractor coordination, and field execution.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Aramco’s project control systems, documentation protocols, and site procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira).
  • PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
