WSP is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-rise building projects, with strong consultant-side experience and a deep understanding of the full project lifecycle from planning through to handover.

Your new role, what's involved?

1. Manage the delivery of large-scale high-rise building projects from inception to completion.
2. Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring quality, safety, cost, and schedule targets are met.
3. Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
4. Lead internal and external project meetings and prepare progress reports.
5. Monitor project milestones and proactively manage risks and issues.
6. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and client requirements.
7. Drive project performance and client satisfaction in line with WSP's standards.

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of total experience, with significant experience managing high-rise building projects.
• Strong consultant-side experience is essential.
• Proven ability to manage complex, large-scale construction projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
