Position Summary

As a Production supervisor you will be responsible for assuring all procedures are followed in achieving the highest level of productivity regarding the finish goods in the most efficient manner. As a supervisor you will have direct supervision over performance, safety and training of employees

• Ensure that all machines are consistently manufacturing meeting the required standards ontime and meeting production expectations.
• Report any mechanical issue to the maintenance or production manager to ensure the timely repair to avoid any delay.
• Ensure exchange of information (cascade Target/escalate issues) for alignment with the objectives in the short term to achieve production plan and to identify and achieve performance improvements. Motivate, guide, support and coach the resources to achieve objectives and to act in accordance with the NCE guidelines.
• Maintain a safe working environment in compliance with the safety laws striving for Zero accidents through continuous coaching and caring leadership (Zero by Choice) on safety behaviors. Encourage the team to report all unsafe conditions/ behaviours on spot.
• Manage daily schedules during shifts and time off requests, arranging the daily resources to ensure the operation during the shift
• Manages and supports operational issues related to employees, including Insurance , employees relations & applying policies & procedures.
• provide guidness and feedback to the employees when needed and ensure industry roles and regulations are followed.
• Transfer knowledge from production manager to shift crew upon request
• Ensure workflow of production activites including distribution of raw and packaging materials, finish good in the right way without any delays.
• Ensure the implementation of shared production plans on daily base to achive the needed on time in full.
• reporting any issues, deviations that raised during the shift to the management.

What Will Make You Successful…

1. Bachelore degree in Engineering.
2. previous experiance in a similer role in production.
3. Line management with demonstrated capability to lead a group.
4. Exposure across Maintenance, Quality & Safety functions.
5. Successful to be an effective member in the development of the lines saving & improvement.
6. Exposure to implementing continuous improvement and employee involvement techniques. Implementation experience of NCE/TPM and/or LEAN.
7. skilled in manpower supervision.
