The Product Specialist – CGM will support product lifecycle activities, commercialization execution, and field enablement to ensure optimal product availability, strong customer engagement, and successful launches and claim extensions. The role will work closely with the Middle East subchapter, local country teams to ensure effective execution of CGM strategies across Middle East networks.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support product lifecycle management of the CGM portfolio at country level, including product launches, claim extensions, forecasting inputs, pricing guidance support, value proposition articulation, and third-party product coordination.
  • Execute Go-to-Market activities in collaboration with cross‑functional teams (Medical, Access, Commercial, Regulatory, and Quality), supporting commercial readiness and tender‑related activities.
  • Adapt and localize marketing strategies, key messages, and assets for HCPs, patients, pharmacists, and retailers, ensuring brand consistency and regulatory compliance.
  • Support sales excellence initiatives through product, competitive, and value‑based training, sales messaging, field engagement tools, and customer presentations.
  • Support KOL engagement activities focused on product education, experience exchange, and best‑practice sharing, in close collaboration with the Medical team and in line with compliance requirements.
  • Execute trade marketing and retail initiatives, including POS materials, bundle execution, and in‑store visibility activities to support patient acquisition and retention.
  • Collect and share competitive intelligence and market insights to support positioning, customer engagement, and Go‑to‑Market optimization.
  • Support industry events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements, including coordination of compliant material approval processes and quality alignment.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while maintaining compliance with local laws, SOPs, Roche policies, and quality standards.
Who You Are
  • You hold a University degree in a medical, clinical, or life sciences field. An MBA or equivalent business qualification is considered a plus.
  • You have experience in sales, marketing, product support, or related commercial roles, with a good understanding of healthcare business and commercial processes.
  • You demonstrate strong communication, presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
  • You are passionate about diabetes care and understand how CGM can improve patient outcomes and daily disease management.
  • You bring advanced interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • You are comfortable engaging with customers and stakeholders in complex environments, and you are committed to enhancing the customer experience.
  • You are fluent in Arabic and English.
