Digital Marketing Manager – Jeddah

We are a leading e‑commerce company looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager to drive marketing initiatives and grow online sales in Jeddah. The role involves developing comprehensive strategies, overseeing digital advertising campaigns, and leading a dynamic team to boost user engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies to increase traffic, sales, and profitability.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high‑performing marketing team across creative, media, and analytics functions.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) and organic initiatives across social, search, and email channels.
  • Analyze performance metrics, produce actionable insights, and report on marketing ROI to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with product, creative, and e‑commerce teams to ensure a unified brand experience and deliver customer acquisition campaigns.
Qualifications
  • 5‑10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within e‑commerce or retail.
  • Proven track record of managing paid media, social, search, and email campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong leadership skills, able to motivate, coach, and grow a cross‑functional marketing team.
  • Excellent analytical skills, able to interpret data, draw insights, and recommend data‑driven decisions.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Benefits & Compensation

Salary: $1,500 - $2,000 per month (gross)

Location: Al Faysaliyah, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full‑time, Hybrid (2‑day onsite)
