Must-Have

• 8+ years of experience in product management within financial services, with at least 3+ years focused on lending products
• Skilled in consumer and business lending products, credit risk assessment methodologies, fintech trends AML, and KYC
• In-depth knowledge of Islamic finance principles, Shariah-compliant lending products, Saudi banking regulations, and SAMA requirements.
• Proven experience in successfully launching and scaling lending products
• Hands-on experience with digital lending platforms and technologies

Nice to Have

• Bachelor\'s in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
