About the Role

We are looking for a Product Analyst to contribute to the evolution of Tabby. The Product Analyst will work with our Seller Experience Product team, whose main goal is to improve our sellers’ journeys through internal content management systems and marketplace partners’ personal accounts.

What you will be doing
  • Partner with Product, Merchandising, and ML teams to define and align key operational KPIs;
  • Work on data flow processes like new items onboarding and item grouping;
  • Build and maintain dashboards and metrics for seller performance, catalog quality, and asset completeness;
  • Evaluate and validate ML outputs related to item normalization, attribute extraction, and data quality;
  • Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present your findings clearly and compellingly, highlighting the importance of your insights;
  • Contribute to UX and marketing analytics for external partner communication and activation;
  • Assist in planning necessary data structures and data quality improvements, and build reusable data sources for other data scientists.
What you will need
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a data/product analyst;
  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases;
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau / LookerStudio / Amplitude;
  • Experience in planning data structures for new products and features;
  • Confident knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, scikit-learn, etc.);
  • Basic understanding of working with LLM pipelines;
  • Experience in working with marketplace-related (B2B or B2C) products;
  • Experience with operational analytics is a plus.
  • Strong quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem-solving. Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with business and product teams. At least an upper-intermediate level of English proficiency is required.
  • Passionate about ensuring the quality of the products your team will deliver. Strong motivation to develop your skills with a strong team.
