Job summary

Job description
Job Role:
  • To execute and optimize end-to-end procurement operations by ensuring the effective sourcing, negotiation, and delivery of goods and services in alignment with organizational needs, while maintaining compliance, enhancing supplier performance, and contributing to process improvements.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Execute advanced procurement activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Prepare Request for Quotations (RFQs) and analyze technical and financial proposals in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers within defined authority levels.
  • Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up on deliveries to ensure quality and timely fulfillment.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of the supplier database by continuously evaluating supplier performance and identifying alternative sources.
  • Address and resolve operational procurement issues such as delivery delays or non-conformities.
  • Prepare periodic analytical reports on procurement status and identify opportunities for improvement or cost optimization.
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving procurement processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand purchasing needs and ensure effective fulfillment.
