The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 2-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and skills in PowerApps and Excel Macro are required. The Buyer is responsible for the direct sourcing of materials from the approved supply base. The purchasing engineer is responsible for ensuring that all materials are acquired and delivered to the factory in accordance with the operational strategy, thereby optimizing cost savings, and service levels. Buyer will be responsible for import clearance and Duty Exemption. Furthermore, Buyer serves as the liaison between the manufacturing facility and the supplier, advocating for the facility's operational requirements and strategic interests.
