Position: Homeroom Teacher

Requirements:
- Only natives with passports from USA, Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in American or British curriculum

General Responsibilities: Creating a positive learning environment for grades K-5, developing lesson plans, assessments, and providing constructive feedback. Teaching subjects such as language arts, science, social studies, civics, literature, and math, ensuring a comprehensive instructional program.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Plan, conduct, and assess instructional activities
- Develop and adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students' needs
- Meet academic and behavioral goals
- Create dynamic lesson plans and adjust them as needed
- Implement curriculum reflecting students' diverse backgrounds
- Manage classroom behavior and enforce rules
- Evaluate student performance and progress
- Use various teaching methods and communicate objectives clearly
- Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and administrators
- Maintain accurate student records
- Prepare students for future grades and encourage exploration
- Organize activities to promote development
- Attend professional development events
- Supervise class projects and experiential activities
