Job summary

A leading aerospace organization in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an Aircraft Pneudraulic Technician for a role lasting 12-18 months. The technician will inspect and repair aircraft pneumatic and hydraulic systems, using technical publications and providing on-the-job training. Ideal candidates will have completed a pneudraulic trade course and have experience with Tornado aircraft systems. This role offers £280.64 per day and includes accommodation and flights.

Job description

Morson Talent are recruiting for an Aircraft Pneudraulic Technician to join our prestigious aerospace organisation based in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.

Duration: 12-18 months, 6 months rolling
Location: Dhahran, Saudi Arabia
Start: ASAP (however it may take up to 5 months to be deployed)

£280.64 per day LTD
48 hours a week – Sunday to Thursday
Overtime may be available at the normal day rate
Rates include shared accommodation and flights to/from the UK (related to job/visa)


The role:
You will be responsible for inspecting, installing, troubleshooting, repairing, overhauling, and modifying aircraft pneumatic and hydraulic systems and associated support equipment. The role will also involve supervising pneudraulic system maintenance activities and advising on technical problems related to installation, modification, and repair.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, install, repair, overhaul, and modify aircraft pneumatic and hydraulic systems and related ground equipment
• Use technical publications, blueprints, and diagrams to determine maintenance and repair procedures
• Conduct testing on systems and subassemblies for leakage, pressure, adjustment, and overall serviceability
• Perform corrosion control and repair of aircraft brake assemblies
• Provide on-the-job training and support continuous improvement activities

Requirements:

• Completion of a Pneudraulic trade course (military or civilian)
• Ability to interpret and work from blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical publications
• Demonstrable experience in the maintenance of aircraft pneudraulic systems
• Experience with Tornado aircraft systems is highly desirable, including Tornado Pneudraulic deep maintenance, brake module, or STRAAT 5 operator’s courses
