Job summary

A leading information systems company in Riyadh is seeking a PMO Lead to oversee project management office functions. The role includes leading PMO governance, managing the portfolio lifecycle, and acting as a strategic advisor to senior leadership. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree, PMP certification, and 10+ years of project management experience with a strong focus on Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Responsibilities
  • Lead and mature the PMO, including governance, standards, and methodologies.
  • Manage the project and portfolio lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Oversee portfolio prioritization, resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI tracking.
  • Define and monitor PMO KPIs and performance metrics; improve project success rates.
  • Deliver executive dashboards, reports, and insights for senior leadership.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on portfolio and investment decisions.
  • Drive change management and adoption of PMO processes across the organization.
  • Lead, coach, and support project managers; resolve cross-portfolio issues and risks.
Requirements
