Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented PMO Compliance Officer to join our PMO team. This role will support project compliance and serve as a key source of documentation, guidance, and metrics for project management practices and execution.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to PMO Methodology frameworks across all projects.
  • Monitor compliance with governance processes throughout all D&T projects.
  • Provide guidance and training to project teams on compliance requirements.
  • Prepare periodic compliance reports to track compliance status and improvements.

Input Requirements:

  • PMO internal compliance framework, governance controls, and audit protocols.
  • Financial policies, vendor contracts, and service order documentation.
  • Relevant cybersecurity and regulatory requirements (e.g., NCA, ZATCA).
  • Historical audit findings, risk logs, and mitigation plans.
  • Project performance reports and QA/QC records.

Output Responsibilities:

  • Create compliance documentation bundles categorized by work stream or function.
  • Prepare audit-ready reports, including justification trails and approval logs.
  • Develop regulatory alignment matrices (e.g., NCA, financial reporting, procurement law).
  • Maintain non-compliance resolution logs with corrective action tracking.
  • Summarize evidence supporting internal control validation and assurance.
  • Create an indexed reference folder or toolkit for audit submission and archival.
