  • Monitor inventory and support procurement/logistics.
  • Act as a first contact for client inquiries.
  • Facilitate communication between customers and sales team.
  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, operations, and logistics teams.
  • Support sales forecasts and revenue tracking.
  • Maintain KPIs and generate reports.

Job Purpose

To provide essential administrative, operational, and client support to the PMC sales team. This role ensures that all sales processes—from order handling to customer communication—are executed efficiently and accurately. The sales Coordinator acts as a central point of coordination, helping streamline operations, track performance metrics, and maintain strong client relationships that support business growth.

Main Job Responsibilities
  • Assist sales team with daily admin tasks: sales reports, quotations, meeting scheduling, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate customer databases, CRM entries, and sales documents.
  • Manage full order cycle: order receipt, coordination, and fulfillment.
  • Monitor inventory, track shipments, and support procurement/logistics.
  • Act as first contact for client inquiries; ensure prompt, professional responses.
  • Facilitate clear communication between customers and the sales team.
  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, operations, and logistics teams.
  • Support sales forecasts, revenue tracking, and performance analytics.
  • Maintain KPIs and generate reports on growth, pipeline, and trends.
