Job description

We are seeking a People & Culture Lead to manage and execute the company’s people operations. This is a hands‑on role responsible for HR execution, compliance, and employee lifecycle management within a structured HR environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end‑to‑end people and HR operations
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation using JISR
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal policies
  • Manage performance management and employee relations
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management
  • Serve as the primary people partner for management and employees
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR or People & Culture roles
  • Saudi national (mandatory)
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
  • Proof of English proficiency through STEP, IELTS, TOEFL, or graduation from an international university
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and HR best practices
  • Hands‑on experience with HR systems, preferably JISR
  • High professionalism, discipline, and attention to detail
