Job Description

As we scale our Saudi operations, we’re looking for a People & Talent Partner to help build our people function from the ground up, driving recruitment, culture, operations, and employee experience in Riyadh.

This is a high-impact, hands‑on role that blends talent acquisition, HR operations, and culture-building. You’ll be the face of Tarabut’s people experience in KSA, crafting compelling narratives, delivering seamless processes, and helping shape a high‑performance, values‑driven workplace.

You’ll report to the Head of HR and work closely with country leadership to support our growing Riyadh team. Your remit spans the full employee lifecycle, from sourcing and onboarding to engagement, compliance, and offboarding. You’ll also partner with managers to support performance, development, and feedback cycles.

This is a foundational role with room to grow into HR leadership across KSA or the region.

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
  • Own end-to-end recruitment for Riyadh, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Build strong pipelines across tech, product, and business functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
  • Represent Tarabut at local events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
  • Develop employer branding initiatives to position Tarabut as a top fintech employer in KSA.
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Design and implement HR policies and processes aligned with Saudi labor law.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, payroll, visas, relocations, and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate records across HRIS (Zoho), SharePoint, and documentation systems.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and employment practices.
Employee Experience & Engagement
  • Deliver a high-value experience from Day 1, welcoming, informed, and empowering.
  • Collaborate with managers on 30‑60‑90 day goals and development plans.
  • Organize internal events and engagement activities that reinforce our values.
  • Conduct exit interviews and use insights to improve the employee journey.
  • Champion Tarabut’s culture in Riyadh and help unify the experience across locations.
Reporting & Insights
  • Track key HR metrics, time-to-hire, onboarding satisfaction, attrition, engagement.
  • Provide regular reports to the Head of HR and country leadership.
  • Use data to identify opportunities for process improvement and experience enhancement.
Requirements
Must-Haves
  • In line with Saudization efforts, this role is open to Saudi nationals only.
  • 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in KSA or GCC.
  • Strong hands‑on recruitment experience, especially in fast‑paced or scaling environments.
  • Deep understanding of Saudi labour law, visas, compensation, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and working in ambiguity.
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Experience in tech, fintech, or start‑up environments.
  • Familiarity with HR tech systems (Zoho, BambooHR, Lattice, etc.).
  • Exposure to performance frameworks, OKRs, or L&D initiatives.
  • HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent).
Benefits
  • Help build the people function from scratch in one of the region’s most exciting fintechs.
  • Own a strategic role that directly impacts growth, culture, and employee experience.
  • Work closely with senior leadership and global teams.
  • Competitive salary, benefits, and equity upside.
  • Relocation support if needed, plus learning budget and start‑up perks.
  • Clear growth path into HR leadership in KSA or regionally.
