Your Role – International, Challenging And Future-Oriented!
- Assess market (verticals, end-users, contractors, and system integrators) and define partner-strategy with the aim to increase market share for Siemens BMS and KNX portfolio.
- Acquire/develop Solution Partners for the BMS and KNX portfolio in line with the agreed strategy. Increase share of wallet by promoting entire Buildings-offering.
- Ensure efficient sales support for all partners and customers with BMS & Lighting Control product portfolio demand.
- Plan and ensure sales volumes, customer visits, and strategic activities in assigned territory.
- Analyze specific market conditions and build a sound market-related network of stakeholders.
- Prepare customer contact, build, and maintain a customer-focused network.
- Prioritize customers based on potential and opportunities and allocate effort (# visits).
- Spot and develop opportunities and prospects in Salesforce CRM System.
- Develop new customers and partners to gain additional potentials/revenues.
- Coordinate and negotiate proposals in cooperation with Back Office/other involved professionals and management.
- Utilize Back Office & Support functions for efficient serving of customers wherever possible.
- May act as a point of contact to assigned customers in commercial matters and influence collaboration within the organization to secure customer support.
- Provide information for forecasts and planning via CRM system such as opportunity funnels.
- Establish and support value selling through partners.
- Orchestrate sales approach towards partners together with technical sales. Conduct sales training and provide support for product selection and value engineering.
- Develop relationships with various consultants, end users, and contractors to increase reach of our existing partners.
- Collect data related to market transparency to enable the preparation of business growth plans and strategy.
- Develop and maintain close relationships with the entire solution partners' organization, with a good understanding of SWOT of Solution Partners.
- Generate leads by meeting contractors regularly, coordinate with partners for timely submission of offers, reply to queries, submittals, etc., to enable winning orders. Work with consultants to make presentations, specify products, submittal approval/comments, etc.
- Establish and support value selling through partners.
- Provide support to Partners, focusing on customer value addition, potential, and satisfaction (managing outlets, marketing activities, campaign management, etc.).
Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital and Solid!
Expected degree qualification and/or major:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Proficiency in design and selection of HVAC controls, field devices, integration components, etc.
- Strong English language skills, Arabic is a plus
Relevant years of experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in BMS industry, for a manufacturer or channel partner in a sales role.
- Experience with Siemens Comfort portfolio (Building Management system and lighting control system) and/or other leading BMS systems is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC/BMS applications and systems.
Knowledge and expertise:
- Understanding of promoting premium products with value-selling against low-price competition.
- Experience working with contractors and consultants for approvals and specifications.
- Ability to motivate partners to push/sell Siemens products to achieve targets.
- Experience working with consultants and end-users for approvals and specifications.
