Job summary

A leading tech company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced professional to manage accounting duties and inventory management. Responsibilities include recording financial transactions, preparing monthly reports, and managing stock levels in Zoho Inventory. Candidates should have 2-3 years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Zoho products. Knowledge of Saudi e-invoicing and VAT is advantageous. This position offers remote work opportunities.

Qualifications

1. Accounting Duties
  • Record daily financial transactions (sales invoices, purchases, expenses).
  • Manage bank transfers, payments, and bank reconciliation.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports (profitability, expenses, cash flow).
  • Monitor accounts receivable and payable; send reminders to clients.
  • Manage recurring subscriptions and renewals in Zoho.
  • Issue electronic invoices according to local tax requirements.
  • Assist in preparing end‑of‑month and year‑end financial closing.
2. Inventory Management
  • Register new products, update stock levels, and maintain accurate item data in Zoho Inventory.
  • Track inventory quantities and generate low‑stock alerts.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, shipping, and stock receipts.
  • Create and manage purchase orders and update receiving logs.
  • Conduct periodic stock audits and match physical inventory with system records.
  • Generate weekly reports on stock movement (in / out), fast‑moving items, and slow‑moving items.
Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in accounting and inventory management.
  • Hands‑on experience with Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory (mandatory).
  • High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Strong report‑writing and data‑analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work remotely and meet daily/weekly deadlines.
