Key Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and application of institutional excellence models (e.g., EFQM, Baldrige) across client organizations.
• Manage the full cycle of organizational assessments, gap analysis, and strategic planning for excellence.
• Guide and prepare organizations for successful EFQM recognition or ISO 9001 certification audits.
• Develop and deliver training programs to instill a culture of continuous improvement and excellence at all levels.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring systems to track the impact of excellence initiatives.
• Provide expert advisory to senior leadership on best practices in governance, strategy, and performance management.
• Stay abreast of developments in global excellence standards and integrate them into service offerings.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in applying institutional excellence models within a consulting or corporate setting.
• Certifications (Mandatory): A recognized certification such as EFQM Assessor or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor is required.
• Core Competencies:
• Expert knowledge of excellence models (EFQM) and quality management systems (ISO 9001).
• Proven success in managing projects that lead to formal certifications or awards.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Excellent data analysis, reporting, and presentation abilities.
