Advanced Metal Industries and Toho Titanium (ATTM), is a private company operating within the materials sector focusing on specialty chemicals.

An exciting opportunity is available for (Operator, Crushing A)based inYanbu- KSA.

Summary:

The Crushing Operator carries out all activities associated with the crushing part of the Titanium Sponge production process. This encompasses operating plant within set parameters and monitoring production workflow to assure quality, as well as monitoring and recording routine production data. The operator will also undertake routine tasks in support of the process e.g. routine plant set-up and adjustments, and handling plant problems and equipment failures following established procedures. Operators will also carry out simple routine maintenance tasks.

In this role, you will be responsible of:
  • Maintains and monitors all aspects of the assigned process area and ensures safe use of equipment.
  • Oversees the distillation and cooling processes and takes corrective action if necessary.
  • Observes and monitors the assigned process, anticipates any problems and communicates to colleagues and supervisor
  • Monitors equipment performance; prepares operating equipment for maintenance following established procedures.
  • Maintains and follows Quality procedures to ensure product quality.
  • Collects data on equipment/process malfunctions for appropriate analysis.
  • Works in conjunction with team to identify, detail, evaluate potential process/equipment improvements.
  • Coordinates shift activities with shift supervisor.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
  • Diploma Level Education and qualification.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in the same field.
