We are looking for a dedicated Learning Management System (LMS) Operations Manager to join our team full-time in Riyadh. The LMS Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the learning management system, ensuring smooth functionality, and providing technical and administrative support. The role also involves coordinating with different departments to manage training programs, enhance user experience, and implement system improvements that align with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Ensure the platform’s availability, stability, and performance at all times.
- Coordinate with IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot technical issues and perform upgrades.
- Manage user accounts, roles, and access permissions.
- Support trainers, learners, and administrators in utilizing LMS features effectively.
- Upload, organize, and maintain digital learning content and training materials.
- Monitor system usage and generate reports on learner progress, completion rates, and performance metrics.
- Implement system enhancements, integrations, and new features as required.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and proper backup procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on LMS functionalities and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in learning management systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Educational Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in LMS administration or operations.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, D2L, etc.).
- Experience with system integration, data migration, and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
- Familiarity with e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI, etc.) is a plus.
