A leading environmental services company is seeking an Operations Manager for a significant water network project in Saudi Arabia. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in water transmission and utility operations, with strong leadership and analytical skills. The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the water transmission and distribution system while ensuring compliance and efficiency. Candidates with experience in the Saudi water sector will be preferred.

Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of ENOWA’s water transmission and distribution system. This includes pumping stations, reservoirs, break pressure tanks and transmission pipelines. The role ensures safe, reliable, and efficient operations, compliance with ENOWA’s requirements, achievement of contractual KPIs, and delivery of high-quality potable water.
The Operations Manager coordinates with the Maintenance Manager, QHSE Manager, and ENOWA representatives to optimize performance, manage risks, and ensure smooth transitions between commissioning, operations, and handover phases.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related field).
