Purpose of the Job

As an Operations Leader at Aramex, you will manage and control Aramex Domestic Operations in terms of planning and proper implementation of all Aramex operational productions and quality of service standards to ensure satisfactory service is provided to customers.

Job Description
  • Handle and manage all domestic activities including planning to ensure proper development of the product.
  • Ensure timely resolution of all customer inquiries.
  • Monitor and control all domestic bulk projects to ensure timely processing and professional service to the customers.
  • Regularly analyze the nature of the business and customer feedback to modify the order lifecycle through technology, automation, process improvements which culminate in better experience overall.
  • Prepare, monitor, and control all data from Info AXS to ensure compliance to network standards.
  • Manage and handle client incidents and complaints in coordination with customer service team to ensure timely resolution of all customer inquiries.
  • Develop and control creating customized domestic services in coordination with the sales teams to provide proper solutions to customers’ needs.
  • Ensure performance and quality of data entered in Info AXS to ensure timely handling and processing of shipments and service provided to customers.
  • Ensures all team members implement Aramex quality of service standards and procedures.
  • Lead the improvement projects to increase operational efficiency and improve performance.
  • Ensure shipment integrity and visibility throughout the shipment lifecycle.
Job Requirements - Experience and Education
  • Bachelor Degree (Industrial Engineering is preferred)
